Returns & Exchange Policy

We're super excited that you're a part of our Zyptoo family! If you ever need to return or exchange something, we've got you covered. Just read through our policy below, and remember, we're always here to help.

1. Damaged or Faulty Products:
We're happy to help if you receive something damaged or faulty. To get an exchange, make sure the item is unwashed, unused, and has its original tags and packaging. If there's an issue, let us know within 24 hours of getting the product. Send a short video and pictures to our WhatsApp at +92 326 4644373

2. Personal Preference:
Oops, if it's just a change of heart, we can't do refunds or exchanges. But don't worry! If you have concerns, you can still reach out to us on WhatsApp at +92 326 4644373. We're here to listen.

3. Refund & Exchange Process:
Refunds and exchanges will be done within 7 days if the received item doesn't match what you ordered. If we couldn't fulfil your order and you paid in advance, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account within 7 working days.

4. Return Shipping:
If you need to send something back, it's on you to use a traceable delivery method (like a courier or registered post) to our address. Sorry, but we won't be able to refund any delivery charges. Send it back to us within 7 working days from the date you told us about the problem. And please, no taping or stickers on the box!

5. Returns Address:
We will share the Return Address with you through Whatsapp.
